Outbound that runs itself.
Except the judgment.
Our engine finds your buyers, reaches them from healthy inboxes, and reads every reply with AI. It drafts the response, then someone on your team approves it in one click, from a dashboard or straight from Slack. You keep the final word. We handle everything else.

Replies are where pipelines go to die.
Cold outbound works. But the part that actually books meetings is the part nobody staffs: answering replies fast and well. Most are out-of-office noise and dead addresses. The few real buyers wait two days for an answer and go cold.
Here's the number nobody tells you: in a live audit of our own campaigns, only about 1 in 5 raw replies came from an actual human. Teams celebrate reply counts while their real buyers sit unanswered in the pile.

One engine. Four jobs. Your sign-off.
It finds your buyers, lands in the inbox, and tests its way to the best copy, all on its own. The fourth job, every reply, is the only one that needs you: you approve, edit, or skip, right from Slack.
Runs itself
Three jobs, zero babysitting
sourcing / sending / testing
- ·Searches a 200M+ contact database by title, industry, and location
- ·Sends from warmed, health-scored domains, refusing any with broken records
- ·Tests up to 26 variants per step, and quietly retires the losers
- ·Your emails get better while you sleep
Nothing here needs a person watching it.
Your sign-off · the loop
One job stays yours
every reply / every draft / one click
- ·Classifies and answers every reply, grounded in your real facts
- ·Can never invent a price or fall for a trick email
- ·You approve, edit, or skip, right from Slack
- ·A draft waits for you, it never sends on its own
Nothing sends without a human yes.
This is the heart of it. Every reply gets a draft grounded in your offer, your pricing, your case studies. You approve, edit, or skip in one click. Nothing sends without you.
Agencies guess. AI tools gamble. We do neither.
Here is the honest comparison.
| Typical agency | Typical AI SDR | this is usmkdir | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Reply handling | Manual and slow | Auto-sends, hope for the best | AI drafts, your team approves |
| Reporting | A monthly slide deck | Vanity metrics | Live, honest, deduplicated |
| Deliverability | An afterthought | Not their problem | Checked before every single send |
| Your visibility | A black box | A black box | Everything, in your dashboard |
| Your voice | Generic templates | Prone to making things up | Grounded in your approved facts |

Most systems only look at positive replies. Ours reads everything: the out-of-office autoresponders, the bounced-out contacts, and the polite no that hides a warm introduction.
Read and acted on automatically
“Back on the 14th.”
Out-of-office replies get their return date parsed automatically. The day after your prospect is back, you get a nudge to re-reach out. Perfect timing, zero calendar work.
“I no longer work here. Try Sarah.”
Dead-address auto-replies never clutter your queue. Instead, the replacement contact named inside them lands in your suggested-contacts list, ready to reach.
“You should talk to our ops team.”
Referrals buried inside rejections get caught by the AI, including vague, company-only tips a keyword filter would miss. A no from one person becomes a warm door to another.
Nothing gets lost. Every one of these gets folded into the same draft-and-approve loop, waiting in Slack for your one-click yes.
Your numbers. The real ones.
One dashboard, branded for your company. Live reply rates, unique people and companies reached, and meetings actually booked, never inflated send counts pretending to be pipeline. If a number isn't known yet, it shows a dash. This platform never fabricates a zero.

Common questions
Does the AI send emails on its own?+
No. Every reply is drafted, then waits for a human yes. Approve, edit, or skip from your dashboard or Slack. Auto-send exists as an option, but it is off by default and only ever covers the narrow cases you explicitly allow.
How does the AI know about my company?+
During onboarding we build your knowledge base: your site, your docs, your pricing, your case studies, your tone. Every draft is grounded in it, and a guardrail flags any draft containing a price that isn't in your approved facts.
Will this burn my domain?+
We send from dedicated domains and mailboxes we warm up for you, never your main domain. Health is scored continuously, and a pre-send gate blocks any domain whose records break. You'll see the health of every mailbox in your dashboard.
What do I actually have to do each week?+
Approve replies as they come in, usually seconds each from Slack, and skim a weekly report. That's it.
What happens to out-of-office replies and wrong addresses?+
They never reach your queue. The engine parses return dates and reminds you when prospects are back, and harvests replacement contacts named in auto-replies into a suggested-contacts list.
Can I see everything, or is this a black box?+
Everything. Campaigns, every lead, every reply, every draft, every send, mailbox health, and a plain-language activity log. If we can't measure something, the dashboard shows a dash, not a made-up number.
